The work “Putting the body. Affected and affecting body. Three experiences of body / corporality”, developed by the instructor Lic. Carolina G. Ávalos, originally from Santa Fe, a province located in the Argentine Republic, immerses us in a reflective journey about the nature of the body and its interaction with the environment. Ávalos has a degree in Social Work, graduated from the National University of Entre Ríos, and works as a Judicial Expert of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Province of Santa Fe. In addition, she is a Specialist in Bondal Psychology at the University Institute of the Hospital Italiano y Maestranda in Links, Family and Socio-Cultural Diversity from the same University Institute, where he is in the process of preparing his thesis.
With more than 20 years of work experience in children with violated rights, 17 years of experience in severe and profound disabilities, and 3 years working on a gender perspective, Ávalos brings vast experience in the field of social work. In addition, she stands out as a speaker at conferences and conferences, maintaining continuous training and coordinating work teams where collaboration and collective thinking are fundamental for learning and professional expansion.

TANARA HALL RECEIVES CLEAN COMMUNITIES INNOVATIVE PROGRAM AWARD FOR ART SUSTAINABILITY PROJECT

Earlier this month, Tanara Hall was bestowed with the prestigious Clean Communities Innovative Program Award for her groundbreaking Art Sustainability Project. In an exclusive statement, Hall expressed her gratitude for the recognition and acknowledged the invaluable support of her team and the conducive work environment that fosters innovation.
The Art Sustainability Project spearheaded by Hall is revolutionizing the concept of recycling by repurposing recycling igloos into mesmerizing installations. Through this initiative, Hall aims to promote not only art but also community engagement, collaborative partnerships, litter prevention, and recycling efforts throughout Ocean County.
We are pleased to highlight another significant achievement by Hall; one of her projects has been recognised with the prestigious Governor’s 2023 Environmental Excellence Award in the Sustainability (Community) category.
The project was a collaborative effort between the Ocean County Solid Waste Management Department and the Fire Academy. It involved the collection of marine flares and their on-site disposal for Ocean County residents, minimising their transportation and reducing the global environmental footprint. This success underscores the power of collaboration in addressing environmental issues.
Hall extends her heartfelt appreciation to everyone involved in turning her visionary ideas into impactful projects that contribute positively to society. This award serves as a testament to her dedication to sustainability and creativity, inspiring others to follow suit in creating a greener and more vibrant future.
